The expected release date is 12.15.21 and it usually takes us 3-5 business days or in certain cases, it may take up to a week to receive the shipment.  Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame as we may receive it earlier or later. Once we receive it, our shipping team will begin fulfillment processing on a first-order, first-serve basis.

Depending on the volume of pre-orders, fulfillment processing could take longer than expected.

Please order with consideration. ALL PRE-ORDER SALES ARE FINAL - NO RETURN / NO CANCELLATION.

IMPORTANT: If you order any pre-orders with in-stock albums, it will be held until all albums are ready to be shipped or picked up at a specific location you choose.

Since the versions are sealed outside, we can't guarantee different covers of albums. If a customer orders multiple qty, we can't guarantee different versions and possible duplicates can occur. 

★ POSTER: You MUST select the UNFOLDED POSTER option BEFORE adding the item to your cart.

- If you choose UNFOLDED then it will be SHIPPED SEPARATELY!

*If an album has an assigned version poster, then that version poster will be sent out along with the same version album. However, if that version poster is unavailable, then a RANDOM version will be sent out.

If you purchase the album with an unfolded poster, please keep in mind that the poster may not be delivered at the same time as your album because it is being shipped separately. If you receive one item but not the other, please allow for 3-5 business days for all items to arrive. If they still do not arrive, feel free to contact us and we will do what we can to assist you!

*** Outbox/case/cover is made for protecting the product underneath. Small scratches, flaws, discoloration, cutout etc. on the outer box/case/cover may occur during packaging/delivery and cannot be the reason for return or exchange.
