The expected release date is 07.19.24, and it usually takes 3-5 business days for us to receive the shipment once it is released in Korea. In certain cases, it may take up to a week. Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame, as we may receive it earlier or later. Once we receive it, our shipping team will begin fulfillment processing on a first-order, first-serve basis.
Depending on the pre-order volume, fulfillment processing could take longer than expected.

ATTENTION: Due to the heavy volume of pre-orders, which started on June 19th, 2024, for pre-orders, here are some guidelines for fulfillment processing. Please read before placing pre-orders so you do not worry about your order.
(1) We expect to receive the shipment from Korea between July 22nd and 26th, 2024. We explained that once released and shipped, receiving Korea's albums would take 3-5 business days.
(2) Once we receive the shipment from Korea, we have to go through an inspection of the albums.
(3) We will start fulfillment by the order number we received, meaning we will start from the pre-orders submitted on June 19th, 2024.
(4) If you placed a pre-order recently close to the release date, near July 19th, it will take longer than expected due to the heavy volume of pre-orders.
(5) Once we receive the shipment from Korea, we expect to fulfill all orders within a week or two, depending on the pre-order volume (counting only business days). We will fulfill all orders within 7-14 business days of processing time starting from the day we receive all albums from Korea. However, depending on the volume of orders, it could take longer without further notice.
IMPORTANT: If you order any pre-orders with in-stock albums, they will be held until all albums are ready to be shipped or picked up at a specific location you choose.
