(U.S. VER.) ATEEZ (에이티즈) 10TH MINI ALBUM - [GOLDEN HOUR : PART.1] (VINYL VER. + POP-UP EXCLUSIVE PHOTOCARD: OPENED ALBUM)

The release date is 05/31/24. U.S. (VINYL) version albums will be available for in-store purchases on 05/31/24 at our retail stores. For in-store pickup orders, they will be ready on the same date as the release date. Our shipping team will begin fulfillment processing for mail orders on a first-order, first-serve basis.

Depending on the pre-order volume, fulfillment processing could take longer than expected. 

Please order with consideration. ALL PRE-ORDER SALES ARE FINAL - NO RETURN / NO CANCELLATION.

ATTENTION: Due to the heavy volume of pre-orders, which have started since April 25, 2024, here are some guidelines for fulfillment processing. Please read before placing pre-orders so you do not worry about your order. 

(1) We expect to receive the shipment and have it available on May 31st, 2024

(2) We must inspect the albums once we receive our shipment.

(3) We will start fulfillment by the order number we received, meaning we will start from the pre-orders that have been submitted starting from April 25th, 2024.

(4) If you placed a pre-order recently close to the release date, near May 31st, 2024, it will take longer than expected due to the heavy volume of pre-orders.

(5) Once we receive the shipment, we expect to fulfill all orders within 1-2 weeks (counting only business days). We will try our best to complete all orders within 7-9 business days of processing time starting from the day of receiving all albums. However, depending on the volume of orders, it could take longer without further notice.

IMPORTANT: If you order any pre-orders with in-stock albums, they will be held until all albums are ready to be shipped or picked up at a specific location you choose.

THEREFORE, WE REGRET THAT WE CANNOT FULFILL SPECIFIC MEMBER VERSION REQUESTS FROM CUSTOMERS AS WE ARE UNABLE TO DETERMINE THE SPECIFIC MEMBER VERSION. WE ASK FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING IN THIS MATTER.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Release date, shipping schedule, contents, product description, and preview images are subject to change based on operational circumstances. The color displayed on one's monitor and the actual color may differ. The actual product may vary from the image shown. 
• The outer box/case/sleeve/cover is made to protect the product underneath. Small spots, scratches, flaws, discoloration, bend, crease, etc., may occur due to the nature of the material or during the manufacturing/packaging/delivery process and cannot be a reason for exchange or return. Small wrinkles, bent, creases, tears, etc., on the cover cannot be a reason for exchange or return. The inner sleeve may be affected due to the contact with the disk cannot be a reason for exchange or return. The disk label may not be applied smoothly due to the nature of the process.
