The expected release date is 10.14.21 and it usually takes us 3-5 business days or in certain cases, it may take up to a week to receive the shipment.  Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame as we may receive it earlier or later. Once we receive it, our shipping team will begin fulfillment processing on a first-order, first-serve basis.

Depending on the volume of pre-orders, fulfillment processing could take longer than expected.

IMPORTANT: If you order any pre-orders with in-stock albums, it will be held until all albums are ready to be shipped or picked up at a specific location you choose.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE EITHER FOLDED/UNFOLDED, PLEASE CHECK THE DETAILS AT THE END OF THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION OR ON THE FAQ PAGE UNDER THE [FOLDED VS. UNFOLDED POSTER] TAB. PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU MAKE A PURCHASE.

- If you choose UNFOLDED then it will be SHIPPED SEPARATELY!
- If you choose FOLDED then it will be shipped together with the album.

If you purchase the album with an UNFOLDED poster, please keep in mind that the poster is shipped separately in a tube and it may not be delivered at the same time as your album. If you receive one item but not the other, please allow for 3-5 business days for all items to arrive. If you do not receive it by then, please email us at [email protected].

*** Outbox/case/cover is made for protecting the product underneath. Small scratches, flaws, discoloration, cutout etc. on the outer box/case/cover may occur during packaging/delivery and cannot be the reason for return or exchange.
