The expected release date is 12.13.21, and it usually takes 3-5 business days, or in some instances, up to a week, for us to receive the shipment AFTER IT RELEASES IN KOREA. Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame, as we may receive it earlier or later. Once we receive it, our shipping team will begin fulfillment processing on a first-order, first-serve basis.

Depending on the pre-order volume, fulfillment processing could take longer than expected.

*If an album has an assigned version poster, that poster will be sent out along with the same version of the album. However, if that poster version is unavailable, then a RANDOM version will be sent out.

If you purchase the album with an UNFOLDED poster, please keep in mind that the poster is shipped separately in a tube and it may be delivered at a different time than your album. Damage (crushing/tearing/puncturing), spots, scratches, flaws, discoloration, etc., may occur due to the nature of the material or during the manufacturing/packaging/delivery process and cannot be a reason for exchange or return. Any fine spots, scratches, flaws, or textural conditions on any products and printed material (including photocards) cannot be a reason for exchange or return.
