STRAY KIDS (스트레이키즈) 3RD ALBUM - [★★★★★ 5 STAR] (Standard Ver.)

The expected release date is 06.05.23 and it usually takes us 3-5 business days or in certain cases, it may take up to a week to receive the shipment.  Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame, as we may receive it earlier or later. Once we receive it, our shipping team will begin fulfillment processing on a first-order, first-serve basis.

Depending on the pre-order volume, fulfillment processing could take longer than expected.

ATTENTION: Due to the heavy volume of pre-orders, which has been started since April 27th, 2023 for pre-order, here are some guidelines for fulfillment processing. Please read before placing pre-orders so you do not worry about your order. 

(1) We expect to receive the shipment from Korea on June 7th or 8th (Wednesday or Thursday), 2023. We explained it would take 3-5 business days to receive Korea's albums once released.

(2) Once we receive the shipment from Korea, we have to go through an inspection of albums and exclusive photocards.

(3) We will start fulfillment by the order number we received, meaning we will start from the pre-orders that have been submitted starting from April 27th, 2023.

(4) If you placed a pre-order recently close to the release date, it will take longer than expected due to the heavy volume of pre-orders.

(5) Once we receive the shipment from Korea, we expect to fulfill all orders within a week (counting only business days). We will try our best to fulfill all orders by June 13th or 14th, 2023, within 5 business days of processing time.

IMPORTANT: If you order any pre-orders with in-stock albums, it will be held until all albums are ready to be shipped or picked up at a specific location you choose.

• Release date, shipping schedule, contents, product description, and preview images are subject to change based on operational circumstances. The color displayed on one's monitor, and the actual color may differ. The actual product may vary from the image shown. 
• The outer box/case/sleeve/cover is made for protecting the product underneath. Small spots, scratches, flaws, discoloration, bend, crease, etc. may occur due to the nature of the material or during the manufacturing/packaging/delivery process and cannot be a reason for exchange or return. Small wrinkles, bent, creases, tears, etc. on the cover cannot be a reason for exchange or return. The inner sleeve may be affected due to the contact with the disk cannot be a reason for exchange or return. The disk label may not be applied smoothly due to the nature of the process.

*** Outbox/case/cover is made for protecting the product underneath. Small scratches, flaws, discoloration, cutout etc. on the outer box/case/cover may occur during packaging/delivery and cannot be the reason for return or exchange.
